 Brian Michael Seifert was named in a complaint filed by The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) alleging that he failed to appear twice for a scheduled interview in connection with a FINRA investigation related to whether Seifert forged documents and falsified insurance customer information. (FINRA Case#2012033920601 )

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) filed a complaint against Garden State  Securities of Red Bank, New Jersey, alleging that they failed to report in a timely manner arbitrations settlements and an internal disciplinary action.  The complaint also alleges that Garden State failed to accurately report summary information for customer complaints and other violations.

Anthony Lazarus Barred From Securities Industry

In September 2013, FINRA announced that Anthony Clive Lazarus of South Ozone Park, New York was barred from the securities industry based on findings that he converted more than $27,000 from bank accounts of two of his elderly clients without their knowledge or consent.

According to FINRA records, Lazarus was registered with Chase Investment Services from 10/2009-1/2012.
